The President started the meeting by welcoming the present members.
President Sheikh read out the work statement of the meeting held in the month of June 2016. There is no amendment in this work description, it has been approved with all consent. Later, discussions and decisions were taken in the meeting.
 
Decision to decide the order no
      1. The overall crime of the UC:
      Uttar Pradesh's dafdars and mahldudgers and Ansar VDP's party leader Janan said that there is no deterioration in the law and order of the UP in present day due to political reasons due to different reasons of the country. The reason for this situation is that the law and order situation is normal and the meeting was expressed satisfaction. And all the people's cooperation was sought to keep this trend in force. All the UP members, Dafadars and Mahalladaragans and Ansar VDP leader leaders.
Drug control:
      Members of the meeting said that law and order situation is getting worse due to the loss of youth by using phensidyl, cannabis, and liquor products in different parts of the country. There is no such activity in this yip. Nevertheless, it was discussed to be vigilant about this. 1. Decision is taken in the meeting to run anti-narcotics rally and campaign in each ward.
     2. In order to set up anti-drug operations, village police in this UP district has been instructed. All the UP members, Dafadars and Mahalladaragans and Ansar VDP leader leaders.
    3. About Ibiting:
     The discussion was discussed in detail in the meeting. In the meeting, the President said that all the UP members, all the educational institutions, requested the head to keep a close watch. If there is such a case in this UP, then the decision is taken to inform the UP chairman. All the UP members, Dafadars and Mahalladaragans and Ansar VDP leader leaders.

      4. Terrorism / Terrorism:
      The meeting was discussed in detail on militancy and terrorism. The decision to inform the public about the misfortune of the people including the increase of public awareness has been decided. The decision was taken at the meeting to take up awareness campaign in different government institutions. All the UP members, Dafadars and Mahalladaragans and Ansar VDP leader leaders.
     5. Prevention of child marriage:
     In the meeting, the President said that since the members of the UP and the village police are responsible for the prevention of child marriage, the members of the UP council, Kazi Sahib and village police personnel must be present in the law. The decision was taken in the monthly meeting of the law and order committee on this issue to keep a watchful eye on UP members, Kazi, Imam and village police.
